Wetland Plant of the Week #3

Cephalanthus occidentalis



Wetland obligate species with ball like clusters of small white flowers.

  2. A fellow photographer photographed a couple of these and was trying to find out what they where, You popped up in google images under white ball flower. Very helpful!!

  3. We found one of these in our backyard in Alabama. I had never seen one before, and my daughters and I were very interested in what htey were (They are so pretty!!) Your blog came up when we searched flower white ball.
